Insurance coverage for medical nutrition therapy is dependent upon the insurance company as well as your insurance plan.  Because it is not 100% guaranteed that insurance will reimburse for nutrition services, payment is expected when services are rendered.  We accept cash or check only.  You will be provided with a superbill that includes insurance coding needed for reimbursement at the end of your appointment.  It is your responsibility to submit everything to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
